The Hidden Dangers of Water Parks
The Loewy Law Firm has filed suit on behalf of a San Antonio woman who sustained a traumatic brain injury at a water park. While many people view water parks as a fun family outlet, the truth is these venues are very dangerous. Often, water park employees are not well trained and the actual rides can be very dangerous.
In our case, a water park employee caused our client to slam her head into a wall during a ride, which caused our client to go unconscious. Our client was subsequently airlifted to an area hospital, where she was put in a medically induced coma for three (3) days. She continues to suffer from the aftereffects of this head injury.
