News: ATCEMS continues to receive high volume of calls
AUSTIN, TX – Austin-area emergency medical services continued to respond to a high volume of calls yesterday, with more than 1,000 service calls for at least the third straight day.

Calls related to weather exposure, ice-related falls, and carbon monoxide poisoning remained high, while traffic-related incidents declined significantly from Tuesday’s total.
All told, Austin-Travis County EMS responded to 1,124 service calls on Wednesday, February 17.
