News: Hazmat responds to incident on Funston St
AUSTIN, TX – Austin-Travis County EMS and Austin Fire Department units responded to a leaking gas pipe south of Mopac and 35th Street this afternoon.
FINAL: Hazmat Alarm at 3200 blk of Funston St; No patients on-scene, #ATCEMS Rescue Medics will be standing by as AFD personnel cap the pipe. No other updates anticipated unless incident conditions change.

Hazmat teams arrived on the scene in the 3200 block of Funston Street at 1:38 p.m. Firefighters capped the leaking gas pipe as medical responders stood by in case of injury. No one appears to have been hurt.
