News: Motorcyclist fatally ejected in late-night crash on San Felipe Blvd

AUSTIN, TX – A motorcyclist died after being ejected during a late-night crash on San Felipe Boulevard this weekend, according to information from the Austin Police Department.

The crash happened in the 7800 block of San Felipe Blvd at 11:03 p.m. Sunday, when a southbound motorcyclist collided with a curb.

The motorcyclist, identified as 31-year-old Alberto Martinez, was ejected during the crash and was later pronounced dead at the scene.

No other injuries were immediately reported in the collision.

The crash, which is the third fatal collision of the year for the city, remains under investigation.
