News: One person injured in kitchen fire in SW Austin
AUSTIN, TX – One person was injured during a house fire in southwest Austin that occurred earlier this evening, according to the Austin Fire Department.

The incident occurred at 3202 China Grove, located in the Kincheon neighborhood, before 7:11 p.m., when a kitchen caught fire.
One adult victim was rescued from the burning building and was taken to the hospital for the treatment of undisclosed injuries. AFD stated that the victim was conscious at the time.
Their identity was not immediately released.
AFD stated at 7:36 p.m. that the fire was under control.
