AUSTIN, TX – One person died following a motorcycle crash on the Mopac Expressway service road this morning, according to information from Austin-Travis County EMS.

The crash happened near the intersection of the S Mopac Expy service road northbound and W William Cannon Drive at 10:38 a.m., when a motorcycle and another vehicle collided.
Despite CPR efforts to revive them, one adult victim was proclaimed dead at the scene.
Drivers were told to expect extended traffic delays in the area.
