Victims of Convicted Driver in Williamson County DWI Crash Have Options to Recover Compensation

On August 23, Ramiro Luna Juarez was driving in Williamson County when he lost control of his pickup and crashed into a Toyota Camry. He was reportedly well into a twelve-pack of beer and had an empty Bud Light can next to him.

Luna Juarez had a passenger in his car—Marco A. Juarez Luna—who was ejected from the pickup and did not survive the DWI crash. The driver of the Camry, 71-year-old Antonio Rivero Castellanos, was transported along with Luna Juarez to Seton Williamson Medical Center. The elderly victim suffered multiple fractures.

Wednesday, September 3, Luna Juarez was charged with intoxication manslaughter and aggravated assault. This is his second DWI.

We offer our sincere sympathy to Marco A. Juarez Luna’s family. Drunk driving causes untold heartache and grief. Our firm recommends aggressively pursuing justice. It is important to pursue all available insurance monies to get both medical and emotional compensation.
